I would look in the console to see if was true and if it was i would kick him for a day.

I would give them a warning but if they kept on doing it i would kick them for a day.

You see an admin abusing their power, and you have no ability to stop them. How would you stop them?
I would report it on the forums so that he or she would get demoted
